Shipping

Processing times vary but we usually have orders ready for shipping within 48 hours unless we inform you otherwise. 

We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days after completion. We use Royal Mail as our preferred shipping method with second class postage as the default option. Other shipping options are available during checkout. For our local customers, there is also the option for collection in person – if you choose this option, please contact us beforehand so we can ensure a COVID safe collection.

The cost for shipping is calculated during checkout and if multiple products are ordered, combined shipping will be applied to ensure the lowest shipping cost for your order. The total shipping cost also includes postage and packaging materials.

During busy times of the year such as the lead up to Christmas, lead times may increase, so we strongly advise you to place your order with plenty of time to spare.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt. If the item is damaged in transit, please email a photograph of the damage including the packaging to hello@thelaserpeople.co.uk and we will prioritise the replacement of your order.

All personalised orders will have received a screenshot of the design for approval prior to processing. If inaccuracies are not picked up at this stage and approval given, we cannot offer a refund.

Once the order has been placed and the item has been processed for engraving, you will not be able to return the item as customised products cannot be resold.

We will happily accept the return of non-personalised products within 7 days of receipt providing they are in a re-saleable condition. Once checked, we will refund the full cost of the product excluding shipping costs.
